Ace works through the official CLI — Codex CLI for ChatGPT or Claude Code for Claude. Both ship inside the app at pinned, signature-verified versions, so there is nothing to install; on first run you sign in to your own ChatGPT or Claude account. That subscription is billed by OpenAI or Anthropic, costs around $20 a month, is not included in the Ace subscription, and is not resold here. Which of their plans qualify is set by OpenAI and Anthropic, not by us. Without one, Ace cannot reason.

How does the free start work?

Choose Try for free and make your account with Google or your email. Your account page opens, where you can choose your Ace download. Your first 20 tasks and 5 minutes of Partner are free, with no card and nothing to cancel.

What happens after the free tasks?

Ace asks you to subscribe to keep going. Choose Ace Unlimited at $30/month or Ace Plus at $75/month with unlimited Stealth. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

What is included?

Free access includes every Ace feature for 20 tasks and five Partner minutes. Each Stealth task uses one task. Ace Unlimited offers unlimited Ace use. Ace Plus includes unlimited Stealth, priority setup and email support.

How do I cancel?

Open your account and choose Cancel at period end. No phone call, no retention offer, no reason required.

Do I get a refund if I forget to cancel?

No. Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge; a paid month remains available through its billing period. If a verified material Ace defect prevents core use and support cannot fix it, we refund the affected Ace charge. See refunds.

Do I have to pay for ChatGPT or Claude as well?

Yes. Ace requires your own account with one of them and neither is included in the Ace subscription. Which provider subscriptions qualify is set by those providers and can change without notice.
