Subscription and automatic renewal terms
Effective 13 August 2026. This page applies to ace-bl.tech and to the Ace application for macOS.

In plain English
A paid subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Ace Unlimited is $30/month; Ace Plus is $75/month with unlimited Stealth, priority setup and email support. Ace Mobile is a separate $20/month subscription. When you confirm an available paid checkout, the selected amount is charged then and every month until cancelled.
The desktop free start includes every Ace feature, including Stealth, for 20 tasks and 5 minutes of Partner. Each Stealth task counts as one task, with no card required. It does not create a paid subscription or automatically charge you when the allowance runs out. Paid access starts only if you choose and confirm a paid checkout.
This summary is for orientation only. The numbered terms below are the agreement.

Checkout availability and the final amount are shown before you confirm. A pricing listing alone does not start a subscription. Your ChatGPT or Claude account is separate.
2. Your consent
By confirming a paid checkout, you agree to its stated amount, monthly renewal and cancellation terms. Those terms appear next to the confirmation control. We record the consent and provide a payment acknowledgment with the amount and billing details. Starting the cardless free allowance is not consent to a paid subscription.
3. How to cancel
Cancelling is self-service and does not require you to speak to anybody.
- In your account — sign in at your account and choose Cancel at period end. Ace records it directly with Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; no reason is required.
- By email if the account path is unavailable — use this prefilled cancellation email. We verify a request from the address on the account, record it, and send written confirmation.
- You will never be routed to a phone line, put through a retention script, offered a discount to stay, or asked to explain yourself. If any of that ever happens to you, it is a defect — report it and it will be fixed.
The cancellation method is at least as easy as the method you used to subscribe. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself refund a charge already taken. A month you have paid for stays available to you until the end of that billing period and is not refunded for a change of mind or a missed cancellation. 4. Price changes
If the subscription price changes, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, telling you the old price, the new price, the date, and how to cancel. A price increase never applies to a period you have already paid for. Continuing after that date is what accepts the new price; cancelling before it means you are never charged it.
5. What the subscription does not include
The Ace subscription does not include a ChatGPT or Claude account. That subscription is bought from, billed by, and cancelled with that provider — not with us. Ace cannot reason without one. Which of their plans qualify is set by OpenAI and Anthropic, not by us. Cancelling Ace does not cancel your provider subscription, and cancelling theirs does not cancel Ace.
6. Failed payments
If a charge fails we retry over the following few days and email you. If it keeps failing, the subscription is suspended rather than silently accruing a debt. Nothing is sent to collections.
7. Earlier purchases
Existing purchases keep the price, trial, renewal date and other terms accepted at their original checkout. This page does not replace those purchase terms or reprice an existing subscription. An earlier first-week offer or Version 2 trial remains governed by its receipt and accepted terms; it is not the current cardless free allowance described above. If an earlier trial is still active, cancel before its agreed charge trigger to avoid that charge.
